ARTIST DESCRIPTION

Tally Ho Stitchery is the work of Sandy Kinyon, a skilled quilter and maker based in Mammoth, Wyoming, inside Yellowstone National Park. Surrounded by rugged mountains, roaming wildlife, and the quiet beauty of the park’s changing seasons, Sandy draws inspiration from the landscapes and everyday life of Yellowstone country.

Her work blends traditional quilting techniques with durable, functional design—creating pieces that are not only beautiful but made to be used. Each tote is thoughtfully constructed with carefully selected fabrics, sturdy stitching, and practical details like interior pockets and reinforced straps.

No two pieces are exactly alike, reflecting both the handmade process and the natural uniqueness of the place she calls home. From soft florals to western motifs and outdoor-inspired designs, Sandy’s work captures a sense of place while offering something truly useful for everyday life.
