About the Business
La Panzanella’s story is rooted in the baking traditions of Italy’s western coast. After bringing his passion for authentic Italian breads to Seattle, the company’s founder established La Panzanella Bakery and Café in 1989.
Croccantini crackers were later created from a family flatbread recipe using olive oil, sea salt and rosemary. The name means “crunchy little bite” in Italian.
