While our galettes were a staple in Belgium, they are a rare delicacy here in the States.
From our headquarters in Billings, Montana, we have continued to add to our menu and bring new flavors to our community.
We welcome you to try our family's original galette, and venture into some of the more familiar flavors like pumpkin cream, raspberry drizzle, and more.
We use only the best ingredients, no preservatives, no artificial flavors or colors. We import Belgium pearl sugar which gives it that surprising crunch, and source all of our flour and eggs from the great state of Montana.
