Made with a uniquely American perspective, 1000 Stories Chardonnay takes a California classic and gives it a bold twist.

Crafted primarily with Chardonnay grapes from Monterey's cool-climate Arroyo Seco region, this wine undergoes malolactic fermentation for an opulent, round mouthfeel before being aged for six months in 100% American oak.

Rich notes of peach, pear, yellow apple and vanilla meet layers of marshmallow, coconut, marzipan and clove, while seasoned American oak brings hints of spice and caramel.

The result is a rich, creamy Chardonnay with a long-lasting finish—and a decidedly different take on a familiar favorite.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

1000 Stories Wines celebrates the idea that life is made richer by the places we go, the people we meet, and the stories we collect along the way.

Crafted in California, 1000 Stories takes traditional winemaking and gives it an adventurous American twist. The winery sources grapes from vineyards throughout California and is especially known for experimenting with distinctive aging techniques, including American oak and bourbon barrels.

The bison featured throughout the brand represents that same bold, roaming spirit—a fitting symbol for wines created for people who believe the best stories often begin by venturing somewhere new.
